It has been a few weeks since our last update but I promise you it was because we were working hard on all of your fun projects. Wedding season is almost heading to an end and Holiday season is approaching quickly. As a reminder, we do require a minimum of 2weeks notice on all custom projects, this includes custom sugar cookies as well. So we encourage all of our creative customers to set up your consultation as soon as possible.

To help you out, all custom cakes start at 3.00 per person with an artwork fee based on the design. Tiered cakes start at 4.00 per person with an artwork fee based on design as well. Call 216.344.9433 during store hours or use our email contact@acookieandacupcake.com after store hours.

So here is what we have been working on…….

Happy Birthday Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame! We were asked to do the birthday cake for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was on display for a few days at the enterence of the museum, Thanks Again to the Plain Dealer who ran the article in the August 29th paper.

This wedding is a great example of our round tiered stand that is included in your wedding cupcake package.

We even had a lot of fun birthday cakes this month, here are a few.

Thank you to my sister- in- law Gabby (Pastry Chef in from NY), who helped with this cute cake. This mom wanted to incorporate her daughter’s love of potato bugs, turtles, and ants. What a cute idea for a party.

This is a timeless theme that always puts a smile on our faces. Maybe it is the lollipops?

How about this cake which was inspired by ……well her love of the cosmopolitan martini.

This is an example of an upgraded Vintage cake. Budget friendly and this was for the Birthday of Willow House formily Southern Living. Good Luck with the new venture!
